We specialize in Switchable Smart Glass, PDLC Switchable Film, and related accessories.
- Customization: Because our PDLC films and Switchable glasses are often custom-cut to fit your specific windows or partitions, it is your responsibility to ensure all measurements and specifications provided to us are 100% accurate before finalizing an order.
- Product Display: We do our best to display our products accurately on the website, but keep in mind that actual colors and light transmission may look slightly different in real life depending on your lighting and screens.
03. Quotes, Pricing, and Payments
- Quotes: Any price quote we provide is valid for a limited time (usually 15-30 days unless stated otherwise).
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. However, once you place an order and pay your deposit, the price for that specific order is locked in.
- Taxes: Unless specifically noted, prices may not include applicable GST or shipping costs. These will be calculated and clearly shown on your final invoice.
- Payment Terms: Because our products are highly customized, we typically require an advance payment before manufacturing or cutting begins. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms stated on your invoice.
04. Shipping and Installation
- Delivery: We carefully pack and ship our glass and film products across India. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, we are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or other factors outside our control.
- Installation: Unless you have hired our team for installation, we only supply the product. You are responsible for hiring a qualified professional to install the Switchable Glass or PDLC Switchable Film. We provide wiring and installation guidelines, but we are not liable for any damage caused by improper handling or incorrect electrical wiring by third-party installers.
05. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties
- Custom Orders: Due to the customized nature of cut-to-size Switchable Glass, PDLC Switchable Film, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the cutting or manufacturing process has started.
- Damaged in Transit: If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can raise a claim.
- Warranty: We stand by the quality of our products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover physical damage, water damage, or electrical surges.

Everything you see on our website including text, images, logos, and videos is the property of Royal Tint and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
07. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Tint shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business or profits) arising from the use of our website, our products, or any delay in delivery.
